Unable to submit my project due mistake in time-zone selected

My teammate made a mistake in picking his time-zone to be UTC instead of UTC+1 and i just got to know that he was unable to submit 30mins to the end of the submission.
I would like to ask if there is anything that can be done for us to make our submission.

    Is the name of your project Host-it? If so, you did not miss the deadline and we have the submission.

    No i mean Chess-Up. It was marked as draft submission when i checked it.
